General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the lagarderobedemadame.fr website. Every order implies their acceptance. They are accessible at any time on the website.
2. Seller
The products are sold by La Garde-Robe de Madame. Email: contact@lagarderobedemadame.fr. Complete legal information can be found in our legal notices.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. The photos are as accurate as possible; slight color variations may exist depending on screens. Products are offered subject to availability.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Order
You select your items, add them to the cart, enter your details, and choose your delivery method. You can review and correct your order before confirming and paying for it. An order confirmation is then sent to you by email.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of the order using the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure: we never have access to your banking details.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 5 to 8 business days in France. A tracking link is sent to you by email upon shipment. Zones, rates, and delivery times are detailed in our delivery policy.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, without having to justify your decision. This period extends beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period provided by the French Consumer Code. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
To exercise this right, simply inform us by email at contact@lagarderobedemadame.fr, for example using the form below or any other clear statement. The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
We will refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (based on the standard shipping rate), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may defer the refund until receipt of the item. The refund is issued using the payment method used for the order. All details can be found in our return policy.
9. Legal Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have a period of two years from delivery to take action. You can obtain free repair or replacement of the product, or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. During these two years, you do not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
Under the warranty against hidden defects, you have a period of two years from the discovery of the defect and can choose between cancellation of the sale and a price reduction.

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
