You have 30 days to change your mind, and returns are free. If an item doesn't suit you, we'll take care of everything.

30 days to return an item

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items, without having to provide a reason. This period exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Free returns

We cover the return shipping costs: returning an item costs you nothing.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
• It must be returned to us well protected, preferably in its original packaging.

How to make a return?

1. Write to us at contact@lagarderobedemadame.fr with your order number and the item or items concerned.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. You drop off your package, and that's it.

Your refund

We will refund you the full amount paid for the returned items, including the initial shipping costs (based on the standard shipping rate), no later than 14 days after your return request. We may wait until we have received the item to issue the refund. It will be issued to the payment method used when you placed your order.

Defective or non-compliant item

If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, contact us upon receipt. In any event, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, detailed in our general terms and conditions of sale.
