How to read this table? Measure your foot, then choose the corresponding size. The lengths are approximate.

Lined interior: it wraps around the foot. If you wear thick socks, allow a little extra room.
How to measure your foot?
- Place your foot flat on a piece of paper, heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.
- It is best to measure at the end of the day, when your foot is slightly larger.
Are you hesitating between two sizes? Take the larger one, especially if you wear thick socks.
